Are the rooms cleaned daily?

No, for environmental reasons, we only clean your room at your express request. Would you like your room cleaned? If so, please let reception know by 6 pm the day before. If you would like ‘just’ a towel change, you can also request this via reception. For longer stays, we clean your room every five days.

Are there suites at the hotel?

Yes, the Blue Suite (approx. 40 m²) for up to 4 people with a balcony, and the Heide Suite (approx. 60 m²) for a maximum of 2 people with a conference table.

Are there rooms with a kitchenette?

Some of our Standard Double Rooms are equipped with a kitchenette. Please specify your preference when booking.

Are the rooms suitable for business travellers?

Yes, all rooms feature a desk, Wi-Fi and a pleasant working atmosphere – ideal for business travellers in Oldenburg.

Are pets allowed in the hotel?

Yes, you are welcome to bring your pet. We charge €10 per night for your pet. Please let us know in advance so that we can allocate a pet-friendly room. Upon check-in, you will receive our pet policy containing all the important information. However, we ask that you be considerate of other guests. If you require a water or food bowl, please contact reception.

Is your hotel accessible?

We do not have accessible rooms. However, our conference area is accessible.

Does the hotel offer air-conditioned rooms in Oldenburg?

Our rooms do not have air conditioning. There is a fan in every room.

Yes, all rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking.

What facilities do the rooms have?

All rooms feature a bathroom with a shower or bath, Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, a desk, tea and coffee-making facilities, towels, a hairdryer and toiletries.
