Are there high chairs in the restaurant?

Yes, we have high chairs for babies. Please ask us when you arrive.

Do you offer vegetarian or special dishes?

We are happy to cater for vegetarian or individual requests. Please let us know in advance if possible.

What are the opening hours of the ‘Heidekate’ restaurant?

Monday to Saturday: Hot meals are served from 6.00 pm to 9.00 pm and our bar is open until 10.00 pm. The restaurant is closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Is there a restaurant in the hotel?

Yes, our in-house restaurant, ‘Heidekate’, serves regional and seasonal dishes in a pleasant atmosphere.

Is late check-out possible?

Subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to enquire about the possibility of a late check-out. A late check-out costs an additional €10 per hour. From 3 pm onwards, the following night must be booked.

Can extra beds or cots be provided?

We can provide cots on request. Extra beds are available in our Superior rooms and in the Blue Suite.

Do children stay for free?

Children under the age of 6 stay for free.

Are children welcome?

Yes, children are very welcome here.

Is there a laundry service or facilities for washing clothes?

Yes, there are laundry bags in all rooms. Please hand in your clothes in the bag at reception and we will wash them for you. You will be charged per item of clothing.

Do you offer a wake-up service?

Yes, a wake-up service is available from 6 am. Please ask at reception if you’d like to use this service.
