Our hotel provides modern rooms with daylight to make your meeting as enjoyable as possible – no matter how long the conference takes. Upon request we provide you with technical equipment and competent staff members to guarantee a smooth course for your event.
Whether it is a conference, a meeting, a Kick-Off-Event, a presentation or an exhibition – our four conference rooms provide space for up to 120 people. This allows us to cater to events of any dimension. With the possibility of shaping the size of the rooms individually, we offer an ideal and flexible location to create a successful and productive meeting in a motivating work environment. Our three largest conference rooms are fully air-conditioned.

Yes, you are welcome to book half-board. We offer a set three-course menu or a buffet, and a cold platter on Sundays and public holidays. Please contact us in advance if you have any food intolerances or special dietary requirements (e.g. vegetarian or vegan).
Yes, free outdoor parking spaces are available subject to availability. Our underground car park costs €10 per day per space. We do not accept bookings.
The number of people depends on the seating arrangement required. The Hamburg room can accommodate up to 100 people. The Westerstede and Bremen rooms can accommodate up to 56 people, and the Rastede room up to 30 people.

In addition to conferences, we also host weddings, birthdays, corporate events, funerals and more. Please feel free to contact us – we will assess what is possible on a case-by-case basis.
