- Breakfast: We serve breakfast from Monday to Friday from 06:30 to 09:30, and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 7:30 to 10:30 in our breakfast room.
- Bar „Heidekate“: Our bar “HEIDEKATE” is located on the ground floor opposite the reception. You are welcome to make a table reservation for the restaurant in advance at reception.
- Hot Drinks: Coffee and tea are available free of charge for self-service in your room. If you have any questions, simply speak to reception.
- Snacks & Drinks: A variety of snacks and drinks are available at reception 24 hours a day.
In Case Of Fire:
- Inform reception immediately on -9
- Keep doors and windows shut
- For escape route plan, see notices on doors and in corridors
- Leave the building immediately via the stairs and escape routes.
- There are fire extinguishers in the corridors.
Emergency Exit:
In the event of a fire, please refer to the escape route plan on your room door and in the corridors. It gives you information on where the nearest emergency exit is located.

If you require assistance with your luggage or wish to temporarily store it in the hotel, please contact the reception desk.
You can use the hotel’s own underground car park for €10.00 / night. Alternatively, our car park is available free of charge. We kindly ask you to keep the fire brigade entrance clear.
We welcome pets in our hotel. However, we would like to ask you to consider other guests. If you need a water or food bowl, please contact reception. We charge an additional €10.00 for the final cleaning of the room.
Please hang up the nameplate at the door which you can find in your room, if you don’t want that somebody disturbs you or our team tidies up your room.

For reasons of environmental protection, we will only clean your room at your express request. Would you like your room cleaned? Please let reception know by 18:00 the day before. If you “only” need a change of towels, you can also order this through our reception. For stays of four nights or longer, we will clean your room every fifth day.
- The following items are available at reception free of charge: Baby beds, extra blankets or pillows, bathrobes, irons and ironing boards, toiletries and cosmetics, sewing kits, notepad, pens, adapter, extension cable, charger and much more.
- Laundry Services: We offer a laundry service on weekdays – which can be ordered via reception. The laundry lists with prices can be found in the wardrobe in your room. Please hand in your laundry at reception.
- Post: You can receive incoming post at reception. Reception will also be happy to accept your post. Stamps, postcards, letter paper and envelopes are available at reception.
- Photocopying: Available at the reception desk. Costs €0.25 for a photocopy.
- Wake Up Calls: Please pass on your wake-up request to reception.
- Bicycle: There is storage under the carport in the bike shed.
- Baby Beds: A baby bed is available. Please contact the front desk. This service is free of charge.
- Flowers: You can order flowers at reception. We are happy to provide vases.

- Check out time on the last day is 11 a.m.
